In an interview by Google, Bonnie was selected for her knowledge and expertise in marketing strategies for local small businesses, with a particular focus on Google's AdWords platform.
Because of her life-long knowledge of her NJ Mechanical Contracting business, which Bonnie owns and operates along with husband, Richard Fertel, she has established a niche expertise for service companies, particularly HVAC (Heating and Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Electrical concerns.
Bonnie has applied this expertise and strategy to other similar industries for homes and businesses. Of course, this knowledge translates across any business that sells a product or provides a service to consumers, or as a retail purchase. It's knowing your customer, what he or she is looking for and how to successfully provide it along with a healthy dose of specialized customer service.
One of Bonnie's most recent design was the creation of a truly mobile website for Bornstein Sons, Inc. Juy 2012 found this new site highlighted as the "Favorite Site of the Week " by DudaMobile, who hosts the site.
